All of your appointments will take place in our relaxing environment, complimentary tea, coffee, water and snacks, and top notch customer service.

Our salon is conveniently located in downtown Gloucester with plenty of off-street parking.
Salon Policies:
The Avenue Beauty Bar requires two full business days notice to change or cancel your appointment to avoid a fee. Cancellations made within one business day will result in a charge of 50% of the service booked. Same day cancellation or no show will result in 100% charge of service.
Late Policy:
If you arrive to your appointment 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, your stylist may not be able to perform full service.
Color Correcting:
If you are not satisfied with your color service, please call the salon within 72 hours of your service so we can make any adjustments that are needed. We take pride in our work and will work with you to get it right as long as you have not made any adjustments yourself.
